Featured Post: Wright Choice Promotions

Length of time you’ve been in business:  17 years in the industry, 10 years in Flagstaff.  Started my own company in 2004

Why did you get into your industry? What is your goal/mission?  I started in the promotional products industry when I took a part time filing job at a trophy company while in college in Chicago.  I fell in love with the industry and have been here ever since!  Our mission is to help educate our clients about the effective and efficient use of promotional products.  We do this while keeping the environment in mind!

Your specialty – the reason people choose you: We specialize in earth friendly promotional products.  That doesn’t mean that everything is made from bamboo!  We look at each client’s needs holistically – What kind of message are they trying to convey?  What is their target market?  What items can we select that will appeal to their market while having the smallest environmental footprint?  We then review the options from cradle to grave (or cradle to cradle ideally) and take a look at where the materials come from, how durable they are and what will likely happen to the item at the end of its useful life.

Your favorite part about doing business in Flagstaff:  Definitely the people!
Who is your favorite local non-profit or charitable organization? Why?  I don’t think I can pick just one.  I love Paw Placement of Northern Arizona.  They do a great job at educating the public about responsible pet ownership and finding great homes for dogs and cats that would otherwise be euthanized.  My mom, Judith Lukas – AKA “Socks Judy”, had donated items to their Rescue Me Adoption Center.  She makes items out of dog fur that she spins into yarn.  You might have seen her spinning at Bark in the Park or at the County Fair this year.  (more info at or )

I also love the Flagstaff Leadership Program.  I’m a proud member of the class of 2004 and learned so much from the experience!

Do you have any special events coming up? What are they?  No special events, but we are pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Express Yourself Signs.
